Methodology
Data collection window: April 15–24, 2026. Every tier price was pulled directly from each vendor's public pricing page or in-dashboard plan selector. Add-on fees (custom earn rules, API access) are listed explicitly — LoyaltyLion charges these separately at $1,000/month each and they materially change year-1 cost at the Plus tier.
Tier selection: "Entry (paid)" = cheapest paid tier across each vendor, excluding free plans which are shown per-vendor below. "Pro (top)" = top non-custom tier. "Mid" = the tier at the middle of each vendor's paid ladder. These labels are our normalization of vendor-specific tier names — each vendor uses different terminology.
Platform support: we list Shopify + Shopify Plus separately where relevant because features commonly differ (e.g. LoyaltyLion in-checkout redemption requires Shopify Plus Checkout Extensions). BigCommerce and Magento are listed where vendors officially support them.
Omitted: this report does not cover transaction-based pricing (e.g. Yotpo's volume-based add-ons), enterprise custom quotes (any vendor can go beyond published pricing), or implementation/onboarding fees.
